Team Members

Chris Keen started work in 1976 with a Local Practice as a drawing office junior. He went to Reading College on a day release course to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Qualified in 1984, he worked up to a Senior Partner until leaving in 1993 to start his own Practice.

Christos is a bright personality that provides architectural drawings from planning to building regulations ofr the Keen partnership.

Patrícia Dias is a Portuguese architect with 9 years of experience, currently based in Portugal. For the past 6 years, she has been working with The Keen Partnership, specializing in residential projects at the Planning stage.

Gemma is a senior administrator and Personal assistant, and the first point of contact for new and existing clients. She has been with the Keen Partnership for 8 years, and is and indespensable part of the team.

Emma serves as an administrative assistant to Gemma, supporting her with various business-related tasks.

Matthew is a talented architectural technician who works with the Keen Partnership to create tailored and professional design solutions.

Caryn is an enthusiastic architectal designer passionate about designing spaces that prioritize mental health and well-being. With a background in art and a Masters in Architecture, she brings a creative touch and strong technical skills to every project. Her expertise in ArchiCAD and experience in residential design make her a valuable asset to the team.

Having graduated from Loughborough School of Architecture with a BArch (Hons) degree in 2024, Harry is comitted to furthering his architectural degree, through part one and two. He is thoroughly enjoying working with the Keen partnership so far!
