Hi I am Gemma Beasley and I am the administration and Personal Assistant to Chris Keen at The Keen Partnership. I also help the other members of staff with their paperwork 7 planning applications. I have been with the Company since 2017 coming from a retail background and have since grown a wealth of knowledge relating to the business. My main focus is to organise the paperwork and liaise with clients and Planning authorities to a successful conclusion. I am normally to first point of contact when taking phone calls from new & existing clients. I work from 9.30am to 2.30pm five days a week after which other members of the staff will assist you. I aim to build good business relationships with our clients in order to overcome any issues that may arise during planning endeavours and beyond, and consciously make an effort to keep clients updated with the status of their applications.
