Hi, My name is Gemma Beazley and I am the administration and Personal Assistant to Chris Keen. I also assist the other members of staff with their paperwork and planning applications.
Since joining the company in 2017, I have gained extensive knowledge about the business. My primary responsibilities include organizing the documentation for the numerous projects managed by the Keen Partnership, as well as coordinating with clients and planning authorities. I usually serve as the initial point of contact for phone calls from both new and existing clients.
I work from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, five days a week, after which other staff members will be glad to help you.
My goal is to establish strong business relationships with our clients to address any challenges that may occur during planning efforts and beyond, while actively ensuring clients are informed about the progress of their applications.
